Privacy notice

Sorted by Toma is a home organising business run by Toma Kundrotiene, a sole trader based in Greenwich, London. I take your privacy seriously. This notice explains what personal information I collect, why, and what your rights are.

What I collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and postcode
• Details you share about your home and what you'd like help with
• Photos of your space, if you choose to send them
• Your address and payment records, if you book a session

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
• To prepare a quote and plan your session
• To provide my services, send invoices and keep business records
• To send you a reminder about a Refresh Visit, if you've had a session with me

I use your information because you've asked me to (to answer your enquiry or provide a service), because I have a legal duty (for example, keeping tax records), or with your consent.

Photos

Photos of your home are used only to plan your session. I will never post or share photos of your home, including before and after photos, without your clear written permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information. I use a small number of trusted services to run my business:

• Tally, for my enquiry form
• Google (Gmail), for email
• Cloudflare, to host this website

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. When they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law. I may also share information with my accountant or HMRC where the law requires it.

How long I keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: deleted within 12 months
• Photos of your space: deleted once your session is complete, unless you've agreed to let me use them
• Client and payment records: kept for 6 years, as required for tax purposes

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop using it. Just email me and I'll respond within one month.

If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
