Real homes. Simple systems.
I help busy families and professionals turn everyday chaos into calm, simple systems that actually last, designed around how you really live.

How I can help
No judgement, no showroom perfection. Just a home that's easier to live in, every day.
Home organising
Kitchens, wardrobes, kids' rooms, playrooms, lofts and everything in between. We declutter together, then set up a system that's easy for the whole family to keep.
Wardrobe edit
After 14 years in luxury fashion, wardrobes are my favourite space. We keep what you love and wear, let go of the rest, and arrange everything so getting dressed each morning feels easy. Most wardrobe edits take one 4–6 hour session.
Packing & unpacking
Before the move, we let go of what you don't need, then pack and label boxes room by room. After the move, I unpack and put everything straight into its new home. I'll send you a list of the boxes and packing materials you'll need, and we'll use what you already have first. Ideally, book at least 3 weeks before your move. Moving sooner? Get in touch, and if I have availability, we'll make it work.
Refresh Visit
Life changes, and so do homes. Three months after your session, a 2–3 hour visit to fine-tune your systems. £40 per hour, or £32 per hour for founding clients, with no 4-hour minimum.
Before and after
Real cupboards, real family life. Here's what a few hours and the right system can do.
Before
AfterPerfume & accessories cupboard
Perfumes on turntables, and every necklace, belt and pair of sunglasses in its own place, so nothing tangles and you can see it all at a glance.
Before
AfterKids' wardrobe
Matching baskets, clear zones and folded piles that are easy for children to keep tidy themselves.
Before
AfterShoe & storage cupboard
A clear floor, shoes on racks and matching baskets on top for seasonal bits.
Before
AfterSnack cupboard
Clear tubs, one type of snack in each, so the kids can find what they need and you can see what's running low.
Before
AfterCloths & bags cupboard
Folded upright in clear boxes, one category per shelf, so everything is visible the moment you open the door.
Before
AfterHair accessories drawer
A small drawer, a big difference to busy school mornings.
All of these spaces are in our own family flat. Whatever your home looks like right now, I've seen it before.
Simple from the first call
Free call
A relaxed 20–30 minute chat about your home, what's not working and what you'd love to change. Prefer not to talk on the phone? We can chat by email instead.
Your plan
I send a clear quote and plan. A 50% deposit secures your date.
Organising day
We start together for the first hour or two, so you can decide what stays. Then you're free to get on with your day while I create your new system. At the end, I'll walk you through everything so it's easy to keep.
Keep it sorted
You get simple tips to keep things on track, plus the option of a Refresh Visit.
Clear, honest pricing
My standard rate is £45 per hour. While I welcome my first clients, I'm offering a founding rate.
Founding client offer
Founding rate £35/hour · usual price £225 for 5 hours
- Book 4 hours, get your 5th hour free
- Finish early? We use the time on another small area of your choice, like a drawer or a cupboard
- Need more time? Extra hours are also £35
- For my first 10 clients or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first
- 4 hour minimum visit
- 50% deposit to book, balance paid by bank transfer at the end of your last session
- Saturdays available at £5 per hour extra
- Free travel within 5 miles of Greenwich, then 45p per mile each way (e.g. a home 9 miles away adds £3.60)
- Parking & Congestion Charge added at cost, if needed
- Storage: I send you a shopping list with links, you order directly
- Charity shop drop-off available for a small extra fee
How long will it take? Smaller spaces, like a small wardrobe or a child's bedroom, usually take one session (4–6 hours). Larger wardrobes, kitchens, playrooms or whole homes usually take a full day or more. After our call and a quick video or a few photos of your space, I'll send you a clear quote with the estimated hours. I charge by the hour, because every room is different. For bigger homes, we work room by room: you choose where to start, and you can pause between visits whenever it suits your budget.
“A calm home isn't about having less. It's about everything having its place.”
Hi, I'm Toma
For 14 years I worked in luxury fashion distribution, where every item had its place and every detail mattered. I'm also a mum of three, so I know exactly how quickly a family home can slip into chaos.
We're a family of five living in a London flat with small bedrooms, so I know how to make every inch count, and how to make a small space work for a busy family.
I trained as a professional organiser with OBL Academy (CPD certified), and I bring both sides to every home I work in: an eye for detail, and real-life systems that busy families can actually keep up with.
I'm based in Greenwich and work across South East London and Kent. I'm originally from Lithuania, and Lithuanian is my first language, so I'm happy to work in English or Lithuanian.

Good to know
Before your visit
Do I need to tidy up before you come?
Not at all. I see homes exactly as they are, and there's never any judgement.
Do I need to buy storage boxes first?
Please don't! After our consultation I'll know your space and how you use it, so I'll send you a shopping list with links to exactly the storage you need. I'll send your list once your 14-day cancellation period has ended, and at least 7 days before your organising day, so everything arrives in time. You order it yourself, at the shop's price, and have it delivered before our organising day. That way nothing is wasted and everything fits. I'll always use what you already have first, and only suggest new storage where it really helps. If anything from Amazon ends up unused, give me the return QR code and I'll drop it back for you, free of charge.
Can the children be at home?
Of course, as long as a parent or another adult is looking after them. Older children are very welcome to help with their own room for a little while. It's a great way for them to learn the new system, so it stays tidy for longer.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, I work Monday to Saturday. If it's hard to take time off during the week, a Saturday session is a great option. Saturdays are £5 per hour more, so the founding offer is £160 for 5 hours, and any extra hours are £40.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based in Greenwich. Travel is free within about 5 miles, which covers Greenwich, Blackheath, Lewisham, Charlton and Woolwich. I also cover Bromley, Bexley, Dulwich, Dartford, Sevenoaks and across North West Kent, where travel is charged at 45p per mile each way beyond the first 5. For example, a home 9 miles away adds £3.60 (4 miles there and 4 miles back). I'm happy to travel further too, including central London, at the same rate. As I travel by car, any parking or Congestion Charge costs are added to your invoice at cost. A visitor parking permit helps a lot! Not sure if I cover your area? Just ask.
On the day
Will you make me throw things away?
No. You make every decision. I'll help you think it through, but what stays is always up to you.
What about sentimental things, like the kids' artwork?
These are often the hardest decisions, so we take our time. Together we choose the pieces that matter most and give them a special place, like a memory box for each child. You keep the memories without them taking over your home.
What if my partner and I don't agree?
That's very common. Everyone gets a say, and I'll help you find a middle ground without any pressure. Nothing leaves your home until you're both happy.
What if I find it hard or tiring?
That's completely normal, and you're not alone. We'll go at your pace, take breaks whenever you need, and you can stop at any point. If you're going through a difficult time, just let me know and we'll plan around it.
What if the job takes longer than planned?
My quote is an honest estimate, but every home is different. If I can see we need more time, I'll always ask you first and never go over without your OK. Extra time is charged at the same hourly rate, in 30-minute blocks. If you'd rather stop at the agreed time, that's absolutely fine: I'll leave everything tidy and we'll book another visit to finish.
Privacy, results and cancelling
Is there anything you don't do?
I don't clean, take away rubbish or bulky items, move heavy furniture, or do any electrical, plumbing or DIY work, like putting up shelves. If you need any of these, I'm happy to suggest someone who can help.
Will you share photos of my home?
Never without your permission. Anything you show me, and anything I see in your home, stays between us.
Is there a quick fix?
Honestly, no, and I'll always be upfront about that. A calm home doesn't come from magic, it comes from a bit of work and the right setup. I'll do the heavy lifting and create a system that suits your family, but it will need a little investment from you too: some time to make decisions with me, the right storage where it's genuinely needed, and a few small daily habits. Get those right and your home will stay organised for the long run. I'll keep your systems simple enough to work even on your hardest days.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel within 14 days of paying your deposit for a full refund. If you've asked me to start within those 14 days, you only pay for the time already worked. After that, if you cancel more than 7 days before your visit, I keep just the cost of one hour at your booked rate, to cover planning and your shopping list, and refund the rest. Between 2 and 7 days before, I keep half of your deposit. With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit can't be refunded, as I can't fill the date. You can also move your date once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice. And if something serious comes up, like illness (including your mental health) or a family emergency, just let me know as soon as you can and we'll find a new date together.
Ready for a calmer home?
Tell me a little about your space and I'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a free, no-pressure call. Photos are optional, and there's never any judgement.
